This role plays a pivotal part in our Wholesale Banking team in Singapore, focusing on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.

We are seeking an accomplished and skilled sector banker to lead our TMT coverage efforts in the Asia Pacific region. As a Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the TMT sector, driving new business growth, and contributing to the achievement of our commercial targets.

  • Develop and manage client relationships in the TMT sector in South-East Asia and broader APAC region.
  • Formulate client strategy, develop/build client relationships, maintain continuous dialogue with clients, industry leaders, and sector participants at senior levels.
  • Actively drive new client onboarding and new deal origination; coordinate the development of presentation material and pitches to clients to win new mandates.
  • Maintain active and regular contacts with other departments/disciplines within the organization such as Lending, Corporate Finance, Loan Distribution Group, Debt Capital Markets, Financial Markets, Transaction Services, and Risk Management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the TMT sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building relationships. They will also have a solid understanding of wholesale banking products and services, as well as experience in managing multiple product lines and cross-selling opportunities.
