Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement a comprehensive business strategy, establishing operational infrastructure and managing vendors.
  • Drive exceptional member experiences through personalized service, curated events programming, and top-tier hospitality.
  • Oversight of financial performance, including P&L management and budget allocation.
  • BUILD, COACH, AND INSPIRE A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM ACROSS F&B, MEMBERSHIP, AND OPERATIONS.
  • Maintain strong relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders to reinforce the club's premier private club positioning.
  • Develop and implement systems, SOPs, and service standards aligned with luxury club operations.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a senior leadership role within membership clubs, country clubs, lifestyle hospitality, or luxury hospitality environments.
  • Pre-opening or startup experience is essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen, hands-on operational management capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to engage members and foster a strong community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the club's culture, service standards, and positioning as a premier private members' destination.
