Beach Club Operations Director

The Beach Club is a unique venue that offers a blend of dining, bar and club experiences. As a seasoned professional in hospitality management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services to our guests.

You will lead a team of professionals in managing all aspects of the business including food and beverage service, staff training and development, marketing and promotional activities, financial performance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Financial Performance: Analyze sales trends, manage costs, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective promotional campaigns.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness and uphold high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior hospitality management role.
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
