Warehouse Associate Role Overview

The Warehouse Operations Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular stock checks, reconcile stock levels as necessary, and maintain accurate inventory control.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety and health standards.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory counts as required.
  • Assist in quality control checks, labeling/relabelling, and hot-sealing of products.
  • Undertake additional duties assigned by management to support warehouse operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and data entry skills.
  • Proficient in performing tasks requiring physical fitness.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management and housekeeping practices.
  • Basic filing skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills.
