Job Opportunity: ESG Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional sales strategy and drive revenue growth across Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, or ESG/sustainability solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, identifying and closing new business opportunities, building high-impact client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

This role is ideal for a dynamic sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving ESG adoption across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth across Asia
  • Identify and close new business with enterprise clients and partners
  • Build and manage high-impact client relationships
  • Lead and coach a results-driven sales team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused ESG solutions
  • Represent the company at events and industry engagements
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in ESG, sustainability, SaaS, or enterprise tech
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional sales strategies and consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong knowledge of ESG standards and frameworks and their relevance to businesses and financial institutions
  • Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and manage complex, consultative sales cycles
  • Experience leading and scaling sales teams, with strong coaching and team management capabilities
