Job Description

As a Key Account Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customers' business requirements to strengthen partnerships and grow business opportunities. This will involve acting as a customer account manager for some key global corporate customers, working on developing and strengthening these key relationships.

You will proactively identify opportunities to optimize assigned customers' portfolios and work on converting leads into sales. Additionally, you will actively engage as a partner to assigned customers, understand their development plans, and respond to their requirements.

Proposing and implementing marketing strategies to better present product offerings to key clients is also a key responsibility of this role. We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in key account management, business development, and marketing.
