Automated Test Solutions Expert

Key Responsibilities:
- Test Automation Design and Development:
- Develop scalable and maintainable automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend components.
- Build end-to-end test scenarios using tools like Selenium, Postman, Cucumber.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Define test strategies that align with product goals.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to review requirements.
- Identify test scenarios.
- Ensure test coverage for functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
- Document and track bugs/defects through defect lifecycle tools like Atlassian JIRA.
- Drive root cause analysis for production bugs and ensure test coverage is updated.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and share knowledge of best practices in test automation.
- Recommend improvements in development and testing processes for higher product quality.
- Conduct code reviews for test automation scripts.
- Track test coverage, execution results, and quality KPIs.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Validate system performance under expected and peak load conditions using Apache JMeter.
