Job Title - Testing Solutions Specialist
Job Description: To excel in this challenging role, you will create and deliver comprehensive testing solutions encompassing Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, and Regression analysis. Your primary responsibility would be to evaluate and propose suitable testing methodologies and test scenarios within Agile/scrum teams. You will design and execute detailed API test automation plans for cloud services developed, integrate the tests to the build pipeline and schedule executions. Additionally, you will conduct load testing on GUI and APIs as identified. It is crucial to attend daily standup, sprint planning and retrospectives for assigned application/project. You must effectively communicate system/integration test execution plans/test results to team members/stakeholders in a timely manner. Collaboration with developers to resolve issues/bugs/gaps identified and working closely with other business analysts/delivery leads to implement new solutions and recommend improvements are essential aspects of the job.Required Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science or related field is mandatory. Prior experience as an Automation tester is preferred. Five to eight years of experience in Automation Testing using Selenium is necessary. Good understanding of business processes and working knowledge of applications used are also required. Exposure in API/GUI/Load Test Automation tools and experience working with Postman, SOAPUI, Jmeter, LoadRunner are valuable assets. Knowledge of build, release and deployment processes using Azure Devops/Jenkins is desirable. Familiarity with Git, C#, Openshift, Azure DevOps and excellent communication skills are highly recommended. Attention to details, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and collaborate with team effectively are key qualities required for success in this role.
