Job Overview

The Senior Care Division requires an exceptional professional to lead the integration of care services for seniors within a sub-region.

This role involves coordinating service providers to create a seamless experience for seniors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting partner organisations to ensure roles, responsibilities, processes, and workflows are clear.
  • Coordinating Group Lead meetings to discuss strategic directions and priorities, tracking actions and outcomes, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Identifying and resolving gaps in service delivery, coordinating efforts to ensure all providers work efficiently and collaborate effectively.
  • Assessing resources across partner organisations and identifying opportunities for collaborative efforts or pooling of resources.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational and administrative skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Healthcare Management, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field, and at least 2-3 years of experience in eldercare or healthcare will be considered.

A successful candidate will have the ability to assess complex situations, develop innovative solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.
