- OtherStrategy, Research and Data Division (SRDD) leads in the forward and strategic planning of AIC using a data-driven and multi-disciplinary approach. We drive research and build thought leadership with partners and stakeholders towards the vision of fostering a vibrant care community that enables people to live well and age gracefully.

Within SRDD, the Strategic Planning Department drives long-term planning and formulates an integrated and strategic view of programmes and enablement initiatives. We work closely with other AIC Divisions to sense-make emerging strategic issues impacting community care, translate insights and national policy into practical strategies and influence stakeholders for alignment. We also facilitate whole-of-AIC engagements with Ministry of Health for cross-cutting issues.

The Assistant Director / Senior Manager will:

- Engage AIC Divisions and various stakeholders for effective sense-making and implementation of strategic plans
- Persuade AIC Divisions to enhance integration and alignment with AIC’s strategic outcomes
- Implement assigned functions to strengthen AIC’s planning, such as developing frameworks for strategic prioritization and impact measurement
- Support AIC Divisions to translate the impact of cross-cutting issues on their domain areas
- Prepare briefs and talking points for AIC principals’ engagements with MOH or other agencies, on a rotation basis

- Minimally 8 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, policy planning or corporate development, with mínimally 4 years of experience in a managerial capacity
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Effective interpersonal and engagement skills
- Self-motivated and dynamic team player
- Public sector experience in health or social care will be an advantage
