Student Life Manager">

The Student Life Manager will be responsible for creating an enabling culture that empowers students to maximize their personal potential. This will be achieved by supporting students to strengthen their well-being, and helping them develop their unique potential to contribute actively to the community.

  • Design, develop, and deliver student onboarding programs for SUSS students, including international and postgraduate students.
">

The ideal candidate will possess good student development skills and knowledge; have strong ability to lead the development and implementation of student life programs; and be committed to the preparation and development of students.

  • ">
  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of student life programs.">
  • Develop strategic partnerships with relevant external organizations and alumni.">
  • Work across various offices within Student SUcceSS Centre to support different functions and events as necessary.">
  • Manage administrative duties related to student life programs, including pre- and post-event publicity, data management, finance, etc.">
  • Attend training and development courses relevant to work and professional development.">
  • Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor, as well as participate in university-wide activities.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the team to organize, implement, and support various systems, processes, and programs helmed by Student Life and Student SUcceSS Centre.


">Requirements:

  • ">
  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of professional experience.">
  • Experience in student development and people development will be useful.">
  • Team player, with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.">
  • Able to work independently with a strong eye for detail.">
  • Strong coordination, administrative, and organizational skills.">
  • Intellectually inquisitive; with a good awareness of current and global affairs.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.">
  • Must be able to travel to regional countries at least once every quarter, if required.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
