Residential Management Specialist

The mission of our residential management team is to deliver exceptional living experiences for students and faculty. We strive to provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment that fosters academic success, personal growth, and community engagement.
We are seeking dedicated professionals with a passion for delivering outstanding service to residents in our student and faculty housing, as well as athletes and users of sports & recreation facilities. The role offers opportunities for growth and development in customer relationship management and/or facilities & contracts management.
Candidates with 2+ years of experience in residential management/services, customer service/relationship managements, or facilities/property management are encouraged to apply. Experience in student hostels, staff housing, or hospitality services is advantageous.
Responsibilities:- Conduct daily inspections of managed spaces to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Manage and resolve resident requests, feedback, and complaints via various channels.
- Prepare work requisitions and purchase orders for maintenance and improvement works.
- Plan and prepare advisories for residents on scheduled maintenance and unscheduled works.
- Oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with contractual obligations by vendors.
- Formulate specifications and requirements for procuring goods and services for housing operations.
- Manage the key system, including monthly key audits and inventory disposal.
- Update and maintain detailed records for administrative and operational requirements.
