Residential Leasing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Leasing Specialist to manage the seamless operation and administration of residential properties in Singapore.
This key position involves overseeing leasing activities, preparing annual budget forecasts, and generating monthly management reports to track performance and support strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will be responsible for staying updated on residential trends, reviewing tenant mix and occupancy strategies to maintain a high occupancy rate.
Additionally, they will build and nurture positive relationships with residents, addressing tenancy matters such as move-ins, compliance, and maintenance promptly and professionally.
Requirements- CEA Registration: Must be registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
- Real Estate Experience: Possesses a Diploma in Real Estate or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in residential leasing or property management.
- Negotiation & Marketing Skills: Strong lease negotiation skills and able to engage effectively with a diverse range of tenants and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail & Financial Analysis: Meticulous in documentation, with solid financial analytical skills for managing budgets and lease-related finances.
