Job Title: Leasing Executive

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Leasing Executive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for managing residential leasing activities, including lease negotiations, budgeting, and financial management.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with residents, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and positive relationships. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential leasing activities, including lease negotiations and budgeting
  • Work closely with residents, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and positive relationships
  • Prepare annual budget forecasts and generate monthly management reports
  • Stay updated on residential trends and constantly review tenant mix and occupancy strategies to maintain a high occupancy rate
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with residents, addressing tenancy matters such as move-ins, compliance, and maintenance promptly and professionally
  • Manage residential rental income and arrears, working closely with the Finance team on billing, deposit refunds, and related financial matters
  • C coordinate applications and liaise with relevant authorities on lease-related matters, ensuring compliance and a smooth leasing process

Requirements:

  • CEA Qualified: Holds the necessary qualifications to be registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA)
  • Experienced in Real Estate: Has a Diploma in Real Estate or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in residential leasing or property management
  • Skilled in Negotiation & Marketing: Strong in lease negotiations and able to engage effectively with a diverse range of tenants and stakeholders
  • Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Meticulous in documentation, with solid financial analytical skills for managing budgets and lease-related finances
  • Proactive & Resident-Focused: Brings excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive resident relations and address their needs efficiently
