Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Consultant to support initiatives across Operations, Accounting, and Risk domains. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process optimization, Target Operating Model (TOM) development, and general ledger systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document current business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive the definition of Target Operating Models by engaging with stakeholders and translating business needs into functional requirements.
  • Support GL/accounting system design, ensuring alignment with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with risk teams to identify, analyze, and document risk exposure, mitigation strategies, and related process controls.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, with exposure to Operations, Accounting, and Risk functions.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, general ledger systems, and financial reconciliations.
  • Experience working with risk management frameworks, risk assessment, and controls documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) development and business process optimization.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, ensuring clear understanding and successful delivery of projects.
