Business Systems Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop digital solutions that drive real impact.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in large-scale IT projects and develop your skills in business analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
- Work closely with government stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into clear deliverables;
- Document user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to support development teams;
- Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and user satisfaction;
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA testers to ensure that requirements are met;
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and project success;
- Draw wireframes to visualize the website and application to be delivered based on requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects;
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement;
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology;
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to adapt in different business sectors;
- Familiarity with wireframing and design tools such as Figma.
Nice-to-Have
It would be beneficial if you have knowledge of UML (BPMN, ERD, State-Transition Flow) and hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
