Job Title: Strategic Growth Associate

As a seasoned professional, you will cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients in Singapore. Your primary goal is to understand their comprehensive financial objectives and develop personalized wealth strategies to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Actively engage with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Wealth Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive wealth management plans, incorporating investment advisory, discretionary portfolio management, structured products, and private market opportunities.
  • Cross-Border Solutions: Leverage integrated financial services to provide seamless cross-border wealth management solutions to clients.
  • Client Servicing: Proactively anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional service standards to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management or investment advisory sales.
  • Education: Recognized university degree and relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA).
  • Track Record: Proven track record in client acquisition and retention success.
  • Skills: Strong relationship management and sales skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
