Job Responsibilities:
As a key member of our Personal Banking segment, you will provide advisory services on all Bancassurance products, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions to meet their financial needs. Conducting comprehensive training sessions for Personal Financial Consultants on Bancassurance products will be crucial in achieving business objectives. You will work closely with management to achieve set revenue targets, undertaking additional projects as required and performing joint appointments when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A strong educational foundation in Banking and Finance or equivalent is essential, along with 3-5 years of experience in Insurance Sales-related roles. You must possess a sound analytical mind, a willingness to learn and adapt to a broad-based insurance-related exposure, and multi-task within a small team. Ideally, you are mature, confident, and able to contribute meaningfully in client meetings. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and team management will be highly valued.
