Job Title: Guest Services Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Officer to join our team. This pivotal role involves maintaining the highest standards of hospitality while ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and tools.
  • Preparing and serving hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages, anticipating replenishment needs.
  • Safeguarding liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
  • Documenting pertinent information in the department logbook.
  • Forecasting additional meal requirements and catering to special requests for food and drinks preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Hold a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality.
  2. Have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel and F&B industry.
  3. Experience in international hotel chains or private clubs is highly preferred.
  4. Be bilingual in English and Chinese.
  5. Able to start immediately or at short notice would be advantageous.
