Job Title: Chief Human Resource Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic human resource professional to lead our HR functions, ensuring alignment with our institution's mission and vision.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR policies, processes, and practices that drive business outcomes.

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that support our institution's goals and objectives.

  • Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business outcomes through effective HR planning, execution, and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in HR leadership roles within a large organization.

  • At least 8 years of experience in an institution of higher learning is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to maintain a big-picture perspective while focusing on details.

  • Service-oriented team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
