The Employer is a rapidly growing OTC pharma products corporation with presence in Asia, ANZ, Europe, and Africa. It sells a wide range of non-prescription pharma products in several countries and has well-established sales and distribution networks in these markets. The company has embarked on an acquisition-led growth strategy and is looking for a dynamic Group CHRO to join its team in Singapore:

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Group CHRO will secure the organization’s long-term growth by leading the full spectrum of HR function across the global organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively advise the CEO and Management Team on HR issues and risk and formulate sound policies and strategies.
- Work in partnership with other members of the Management Team to create and deliver a performance-led organization that encourages high levels of motivation and outstanding performance, and drive progress against goals and values of the organization.
- Work closely with and Regional Heads of HR in the global network to ensure appropriate career progression and exchange of ideas on talent management and learning and development.
- Provide leadership and support to management on matters of reinforcing culture, setting goals, developing policy, implementing strategic objectives, and proactively identifying and managing risks.
- Align organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities to achieve goals. Lead post-acquisition integration initiatives across different geographies, work cultures, systems and processes.
- Ensure that the organization develops a high-performing, mission-driven culture by strategically gauging staff morale and organizational issues, and by providing appropriate HR solutions.
- Oversee talent acquisition and management, including staff training and leadership development, retention, recognition, employee communication and career development.
- Assess and evaluate training and staff development needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
- Drive HR business partnering initiatives to better support the organizational staffing and HR needs of individual department.
- Develop staffing policies and strategies and implement plans and programs. Develop and maintain performance management and appraisal programs. Oversee the fair implementation of compensation and benefit programs.
- Assess the competitiveness of human resources programs and practices against the relevant markets and makes recommendations for improvements and changes.
- Create and implement a learning and development program for all staff, including programs related to ethics, values and organizational culture.
- Maintain an effective program of compliance with policies, laws and regulations related to human resources.
- Proactively identify gaps in HR processes, systems, technologies and data management and identify and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate risk.
**Requirements**:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field
- At least 22-25 years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources management.
- International work experience in Pharma or FMCG sectors will be advantageous.
- Strong exposure to global MNCs. Some experience in rapid-growth companies preferred.
- Strong expertise in HR Strategy and post-acquisition Integration
- Proven expertise in strategic HR management including planning and policy, HR business partnering, talent management, selection, compensation, benefits, payroll, training, staff development, cultural change, employee relations and performance management.
- Strong people and communication skills that are developed in a multi-cultural work environment
- Detail oriented with good analytical skills. Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
