As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving student enrolment growth by handling marketing leads and prospects' enquiries, implementing planned sales and marketing strategies, and assisting the management in building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and achieve target student enrolment numbers for assigned programmes.
  • Implement sales strategies and planned marketing activities to achieve company objectives for assigned programmes.
  • Handle prospects' enquiries and queries via phone, email, WhatsApp or face-to-face, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students according to Student Recruitment SOP.
  • Ensure that all applications received are accurately tracked and applicants informed of the outcome of application in a timely manner.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to support the student recruitment activities of Ngee Ann Academy.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma or Degree in any discipline, substantial experience and skills in lieu of diploma/degree may be considered.
  2. Prior work experience in the administrative function in the Education industry would be advantageous.
  3. Effective or professional communication skills, both written or verbal.
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Willing to work on weekends when necessary.
