About the Role:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying key contacts within targeted named accounts, soliciting new business, and securing additional business for Santa Fe.

This role will focus purely on new business to produce effective and successful results using Solution Selling; focusing on the Client's needs and recommending the right products and/or services to fill those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create sales opportunities to increase customer base
  • Create new revenue for relocation and assignment management services and have a sound working knowledge of the mobility process
  • Be a subject matter expert and deliver consultative advice, best practice, and industry updates to your clients
  • Provide effective sales presentations and accurate documentation for global assignment management mobility, HR, and procurement executive level
  • Meet/exceed agreed revenue targets
  • Meet/exceed agreed new appointment targets
  • Report weekly to the Sales & Marketing Director on activity and account progression
  • Effective diary management of sales appointments
  • Engage in public speaking events as an ambassador for Santa Fe
