Job Title: Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong ability to source, attract, and assess technology professionals through various channels.

As a key member of our Technology Talent Management Services division, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, attract, and assess technology professionals through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment consultants to ensure timely and effective communication between clients and candidates.
  • Provide daily reports and market intelligence to internal stakeholders and updates on recruitment progress to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must have at least 5 years of total experience in full life cycle talent acquisition/recruitment of active and passive IT professionals.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.

They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
