Job Title: Office Support Coordinator

Job Description:

The Operations Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This entails handling general administrative tasks, preparing and managing petty cash claims, and providing clerical support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily administrative duties, including answering phone calls, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring office maintenance is up-to-date.
  • Prepare and manage staff and project petty cash claims in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including filing and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role within a main contractor company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A positive attitude towards work and a strong team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to start work immediately, with a flexible 5.5-day working week.
