Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join our team at NTU. As an HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and enhancement of our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role requires strong technical skills in HRIS systems, especially in Workday, with experience in Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management, and Time and Attendance. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand and address business needs, configure business processes in the applications, and participate in application upgrade impact analysis and manage upgrades effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR Consultancy, HR technology, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, especially in Workday, with strong functional and technical skills.
  • Proven project management full life cycle experience would be an advantage.
  • Candidates with HR Change Management experience would be advantageous.
  • Possess good experience and exposure in client-facing and implementation roles.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
