Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing troubleshooting and giving recommendations for repairs on chillers and air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs on screw/centrifugal chillers and ACMV equipment
- Perform recommended repairs on screw/centrifugal chillers and ACMV under service agreement/warranty
- Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance/repair schedules
- Work closely with subcontractors to perform maintenance works and repair works
- Perform 24/7 standby duty for screw/centrifugal complaint and breakdown
- E nsure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs
- Perform monthly routine service for screw/centrifugal chillers under service agreement whenever assigned by supervisor
- Strong technical knowledge of chiller and ACMV systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
