Healthcare Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet patients and visitors with a warm smile and professionalism.
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Manage appointment changes, cancellations, and confirmations accurately.
- Register new patients and update existing records correctly.
- Build strong relationships with patients (including VIP referrals) through clear communication and empathy.
- Provide detailed information and guidance on clinic services and procedures.
- Resolve patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with patients via phone or email to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and service logs.
- Compile and analyze patient satisfaction data and feedback reports.
- Ensure clinic records and systems are up-to-date and organized.
- Assist in service improvement initiatives by updating procedures and policies.
- Friendly, caring, and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare or service is a plus.
Monday to Saturday. 44 hours per week (Shift-based schedule)
