Data Center Operations Manager

As a senior facilities manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and operations of data center facilities. Your primary objective will be to ensure the serviceability of all active and redundant equipment, guaranteeing optimal performance and efficiency.
This role requires strong technical and functional skills, as well as knowledge of facilities management and operation. You should have experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and water and construction management.
- Experience in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and EHS is desirable.
- Strong customer support skills and ability to work closely with customers are essential.
- Ability to coordinate with external contractors and testing teams is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily maintenance and operations tasks.
- Ensure all active and redundant equipment is serviced regularly.
- Coordinate with external contractors and testing teams.
- Facilitate data center projects and site construction activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree graduates in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in data center facilities management and operations.
- Candidates without required academic credentials but with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in data center facilities management and operations are also welcome to apply.
