We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong domain expertise in Trade Finance to join our team. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, driving new business initiatives through strategic planning and operational solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders on new demands requiring strategic planning or operational enablement.
- Prioritize business requests and co-create business roadmaps with business segments.
- Support senior leadership with project pipeline management, pre-project planning, and ROI prioritization.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, operational teams to drive effective change.
- High-Level Strategic Planning
- Develop high-level strategies to assess feasibility of achieving business outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with the organizational strategy in consultation with enterprise architecture and operations teams.
- Work with business users and internal operational teams to define and analyze requirements.
- Initiate implementation planning, ensuring business readiness for new processes and technical solutions.
- Change Implementation Planning & Management
- Undertake scoping and evaluation of new initiatives, considering scalability, maintainability, cost, operations, and risk.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, operations teams to clarify requirements.
- Support delivery, testing, and user acceptance to ensure smooth implementation.
- Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure solutions deliver intended business value.
