About the Role:
- Engage with stakeholders to manage communication and gather requirements for IT projects.
- Lead user requirements gathering and facilitate the business analysis process for various projects.
- Develop application solutions, contribute to UI/UX design, and ensure software testing aligns with project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize AGILE methodologies and work on Cloud platform projects using tools such as Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca.
- Coordinate with team members to maintain project schedules and meet deliverables on time.
- Ensure business needs are met by communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position, preferably in managing large-scale front-facing projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management of Information Systems, Information/Infocom Technology, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with IT project implementation, including user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, and UI/UX design.
