We are seeking a skilled Project Specialist to join our team. As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering successful projects and providing expert advice on HRMS solutions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in technical sales and/or project implementation, with a strong understanding of HR management systems. You should be able to communicate complex information effectively to non-technical staff and clients, and possess excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.

Additional requirements include fluency in English and Mandarin, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Systems. Experience with payroll software is also an advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver successful projects and provide expert advice on HRMS solutions
  • Assist with pre-sales activities and respond to RFPs
  • Identify product gaps and collaborate with the Product Team for enhancements
  • Support HRMS project implementations, including business requirement analysis and coordination with the central implementation team


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in technical sales and/or project implementation
  • Strong understanding of HR management systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Systems
  • Experience with payroll software (advantage)
