
Strategic Institutional Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to market our institutional products and services to clients across the Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with high-profile clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to go-to-market strategies tailored to local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities- Market and sell our full suite of institutional products, including Coinbase Prime, Exchange, International Exchange, and Derivatives Exchange, to clients in the APAC region.
- Provide comprehensive client coverage, including sales, account management, and relationship management for global clients.
- Assist senior team members with lead generation, qualification, and pursuit, while responding to inbound client opportunities and expanding our client base in the region.
- Participate in client-facing marketing initiatives across APAC, including roadshows, conferences, virtual meetings, and client events.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in institutional sales, trading, or business development.
- Proven ability to source, manage, and close high-profile institutional relationships, with a focus on those active or exploring activity in crypto.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Deep understanding of financial markets and digital asset infrastructure, with a client-centric approach.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a willingness to wear multiple hats in a lean team.
- Business-level fluency in other Asian languages, such as Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean.
- Existing relationships with HNWI or UHNWI in the region.
