The successful candidate will have a strong background in training and quality assurance, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience and 2 years in a managerial position.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive training plans through the identification of skills gaps and provide targeted solutions to various business segments.
- Review and validate product documentation to ensure that information provided by stakeholders is accurate and effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction initiatives internally and externally.
- Degree holders or diploma holders with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience and 2 years in a leadership role.
- Possession of certification in Learning and Development (Preferred).
- Proven experience in Service Quality and Quality Assurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to work schedule and adaptability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
