Executive Quality Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality initiatives and drive guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with experience in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

This role is accountable for collaborating with relevant stakeholders to close gaps in the guest experience process, providing input to overall Performance Balanced Scorecard Quality targets, maintaining a central data repository, and promoting best practices.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for executing quality-related training programs, educating property leadership team members on the principles of quality management, developing and delivering specific trainings on problem-solving, service excellence delivery, process improvement, and strategic planning techniques.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to facilitate strategic discussions with senior leaders, execute improvement strategies, manage complex projects, communicate and train all levels of the organization, analyze data, drive insights, and prepare reports of findings.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree, MS/MBA (or equivalent) in Business Administration/Management, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Five years' experience in a senior management role leading quality improvement projects and/or managing quality assurance processes, lodging operations experience preferred, and planning and coordination of field research.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
