Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our diverse portfolio of engagements. Your leadership skills will be essential in planning, executing, and finalizing audit services.

  • Manage multiple clients and deliver quality audit and assurance services, guiding team members to achieve the same objective.
  • Apply professional skepticism during audits and exercise judgment on critical technical issues.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and project timelines, ensuring effective communication throughout the project.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on professional standards and best practices.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop team members to enhance their technical competencies.
  • Conduct timely performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Collaborate with the business development team on pitches and work with the audit business support team to manage engagement financials.
  • Foster open communication within the cross-functional team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in SFRS/IFRS and SSA/ISA. Excellent communication skills are essential for working effectively across all levels. A proactive attitude, positive can-do spirit, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are also required.
