Population Health Program Director

The National University Health System is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to direct our population health programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build a strong network of volunteers who can support population health work. You will work closely with community partners to build a network of volunteers who can support health promotion activities. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, managing, and deploying volunteers to suitable activities, as well as developing training materials and conducting training sessions. You will also be responsible for developing new programs to support health promotion and community care.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building and leading high-performing teams. You will work closely with community partners to build a network of volunteers who can support health promotion activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to build a strong network of volunteers.
- Lead in building a network of volunteers with community partners to support health promotion activities.
- Recruit, manage, and deploy volunteers to suitable activities.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for volunteers.
- Develop new programs to support health promotion and community care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with at least 8 years of experience in volunteer management, preferably in healthcare. You should have strong planning, project management, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think critically and strategically. You should also be able to work well with others, fostering buy-in and collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience in strategic planning and/or program development would be advantageous.
