Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
The Executive, Corporate Communications will play a vital role in supporting the Department's external communications, corporate branding, media relations, and internal communications. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing, curating, and updating content across digital media channels, including websites, social media, and email.
  • Supporting integrated communication campaigns from planning to execution.
  • Crafting media materials, such as press releases, factsheets, and FAQs.
  • Conducting media monitoring and analysis of coverage across mainstream and social media platforms.

Award Secretariat Duties:
The role will also be responsible for award secretariat duties, including:
  • Coordinating nominations.
  • Consolidating information for senior management.
  • Maintaining accurate records.

Administrative Support:
Additionally, the Executive, Corporate Communications will provide administrative support, including:
  • Managing the Head of Department's calendar.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Preparing agendas and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, or Public Relations.
  • Prior working experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in social media, content management systems, and events coordination.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong project coordination and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Creative and resourceful, with the ability to tell compelling stories.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain harmonious working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
