
Key Customer Relations Specialist

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, resolving their feedback and complaints promptly, and ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
- Attend to and resolve residents' feedback and complaints in a timely manner.
- Arrange for site inspections to ensure that resident concerns are addressed.
- Communicate with residents through various channels, including emails, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
- Ensure proper documentation of defects, including both hardcopy and online submissions.
- Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage all resident interactions professionally, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
We are seeking candidates who hold a GCE 'O' Level or Nitec Certificate with at least 5 subjects passed. A WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) Certification or equivalent is also required. Additionally, we require at least 2 years of HDB working experience in the related field. Our ideal candidate must be independent and a good team player. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage public relations effectively are essential.
