Customer Relations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers who channel their feedback via social media platforms
- Provide a consistent and appropriate voice for the company in the social media sphere in a timely manner
- Maintain awareness of customer needs through regular contact and by taking actions tailored to their requirements
- Communicate politely and timely with customers across multiple channels, including Facebook, Twitter, SMS, Email, and telephone calls
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to investigate and respond to customers in a timely manner
- Develop strong business relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the delivery and communication of processes improvement
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Diploma in any discipline with credit in English
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in fast-paced environments and service industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service orientation and proven excellent customer service skills
- Ability to interpret customer needs correctly
- Good work attitude and meticulous, organized, reliable, and able to handle work pressure well
