Job Title: Enterprise Ariba Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Ariba Support Specialist to join our team. As an Enterprise Ariba Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' SAP Ariba systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, troubleshooting issues related to procurement, sourcing, contracts, and supplier management. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create clear and concise training materials and documentation. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules, functionality, and integrations, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in Information System, Business Administration, or a related field is required. SAP Ariba certification or relevant training is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to clients through various channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Ariba modules
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support
  • Create clear and concise training materials and documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and recommend enhancements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information System, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules, functionality, and integrations

This is a short-term role (3-4 months) that requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties with initiatives and leadership when it comes to all non-functional deliverables such as testing tools, mocking objects, production monitoring concerns, quality control including performance and load testing.

The position requires you to manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues Continually manage stakeholder expectations through governance processes Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverable, dependencies, communicating across leadership and business stakeholders Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business Own the full project life cycle end to end Ensure the program is aligned to and supports strategic objectives Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project Manage the day-to-day project activities, including project management working and steering committees Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards Backend development and maintenance using Java and Spring Boot Event-driven processing with Kafka Deployment and orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker CI/CD automation with ArgoCD Frontend development with Angular 13 Collaboration and documentation via Confluence and Jira
