**What we are looking for**

We are seeking a SAP Ariba Consultant/Support to join our existing team and work closely with one of our clients in the Telco industry.

**Essential skills/experience**

Should have good hands-on experience in Ariba related products particularly GB, B&I, IM, SLP, CIG.
Have basic understanding of Procurement and Account Payables processes and solution (eg: PO, GR, IR) in SAP ERP systems

**Responsibilities**

Serve as the 2nd level of contact for users facing technical issues Ariba B&I - PR, PO, GR, SE transactions, Ariba Einvoicing, Delay in transmission of documents on Ariba Network and Integration issues
Liaising with Ariba AMS resources, S4H SME for level 1 and 3 support respectively, and Ariba helpdesk for level 4 support and to close the loop with the users.
Maintain config and mapping in cig
Maintain CIG parameter setup in S4H
Maintain business rules, workflows, field parameters, chooser lookup, master mappings (e.g. UOM/CEME), dropdown values in Ariba B&I and AN
Maintain custom forms, roles and user groups, notification templates, reports and job scheduling in Ariba B&I, AN
