**What we are looking for**

We are seeking a SAP Ariba Consultant/Support to join our existing team and work closely with one of our clients in the Telco industry.

**Essential skills/experience**
- Should have good hands-on experience in Ariba related products particularly GB, B&I, IM, SLP, CIG.
- Have basic understanding of Procurement and Account Payables processes and solution (eg: PO, GR, IR) in SAP ERP systems

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the 2nd level of contact for users facing technical issues Ariba B&I - PR, PO, GR, SE transactions, Ariba Einvoicing, Delay in transmission of documents on Ariba Network and Integration issues
- Liaising with Ariba AMS resources, S4H SME for level 1 and 3 support respectively, and Ariba helpdesk for level 4 support and to close the loop with the users.
- Maintain config and mapping in cig
- Maintain CIG parameter setup in S4H
- Maintain business rules, workflows, field parameters, chooser lookup, master mappings (e.g. UOM/CEME), dropdown values in Ariba B&I and AN
- Maintain custom forms, roles and user groups, notification templates, reports and job scheduling in Ariba B&I, AN
