This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to IT projects for clients, focusing on SAP Ariba support. As a key member of the team, you will provide end-user support, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Ariba modules, including procurement, sourcing, contracts, and supplier management. Your expertise will be valuable in monitoring system performance and liaising with IT teams and external partners to address complex challenges.

Apart from your technical skills, you will also be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs and materials for end-users. This will enhance their understanding and use of SAP Ariba, making them more efficient in their roles.

Additionally, you will contribute to the promotion of services provided to clients, highlighting the value of our assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information System, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum related working experience of 2-3 years
  • Strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules, functionality, and integrations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training delivery and user interaction
  • Ability to create clear, user-friendly training materials and documentation
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • SAP Ariba certification or relevant training is a plus
