Senior Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Transformation Leader to drive our digital transformation initiatives and lead large-scale projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of multi-channel banking platforms, API banking, internet/mobile banking, and eKYC initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for payment modernization and core banking programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track KPIs, financial budgets, work breakdown structures, and earned-value metrics.
  • Design and deliver REST/SOAP APIs, payment gateways, and integration with middleware solutions.
  • Implement AML transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and fraud detection solutions.
  • Oversee the modernization of contact center platforms with AI bots, omnichannel CRM integration, and predictive routing capabilities.
  • Deliver strategic payments solutions, including real-time capabilities for PayNow, FAST, GIRO, SWIFT, and cross-border FX payments.
  • Mentor and lead global delivery teams, fostering continuous improvement, leadership succession, and agile mindset.
  • Create business requirements documents, user stories, functional specs, UAT plans, and test strategies in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in banking or finance.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, payment modernization, and core banking programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
