As we strive to create an inclusive community space, we are seeking a visionary professional to drive our placemaking efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering persons with disabilities and their caregivers, while fostering meaningful relationships with our tenant community.

">Duties and Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Cultivate Meaningful Relationships: Build strong connections with tenants, external partners, and community groups to design and implement inclusive programs.">
  • Onboarding New Tenants: Collaborate with new tenants on onboarding matters, including marketing, disability-inclusive training, and employment efforts.">
  • Event and Partnership Management: Develop impactful partnerships to deliver events, workshops, and activities that align with our mission.">
  • Support Placemaking Efforts: Contribute to various initiatives enhancing the overall Enabling Village experience.">
  • Administrative Support: Provide necessary administrative support for the department, including scheduling, coordination, and general assistance.">
">Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience">
  • ">
  • A diploma or degree holder in any discipline.">
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in placemaking, tenancy, events facilitation/management, and/or partnership development.">
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholders.">
  • Creative problem-solving and program development experience, particularly in the context of inclusive, community-focused initiatives.">
  • A commitment to inclusion and social impact, with a genuine interest in empowering persons with disabilities and their caregivers.">
  • Ability to work on weekends as needed to support events and programs.">
