Transform Public Transit Spaces into Vibrant Hubs

We are seeking a catalyst to revolutionize our public transit spaces, turning them into vibrant and welcoming community areas. In this role, you will drive and manage partnerships, programmes, and projects that transform MRT stations and bus interchanges into lively spaces.

As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge and nurture partnerships with various stakeholders to champion station vibrancy initiatives across the public transport network.
  • Conceptualise, plan, execute, and evaluate a diverse portfolio of placemaking activities and community engagement events that reflect local identity and enhance commuter experience.
  • Drive ongoing and proactive engagement with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment of objectives, expectations, and execution plans for all projects.
  • Manage project budgets, oversee procurement of goods & services, and manage external vendors while facilitating necessary clearances ensuring strict compliance with security and regulation requirements of our MRT network.
  • Proactively monitor, track, and analyse KPIs for projects to ensure delivery of key outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in Mass Communication, Arts Management, Events Management, or Design-related disciplines.
  • Experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, marketing communication, or placemaking initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in cross-functional coordination and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities with a proven capacity to build rapport and influence effectively.
  • A self-starter who can lead and manage projects independently, proactively seeking solutions and insights to ensure that project timelines are met and deliverables achieved.
