As the carbon management business of Sembcorp Industries, GoNetZero empowers clients worldwide to achieve their net-zero goals with end-to-end solutions through our digital platform, as well as verified environmental attributes including Energy Attribute Certificates and carbon credits.

Main Responsibilities
  • We own sales revenue targets for our Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs) and build sales pipelines to drive sales closure and achieve periodic revenue targets.
  • We identify key industries based on their scope 2 carbon emission levels and potential major corporate customers within these target industries for sales opportunities.
  • We build relationships with identified customers by providing value-adding advisory on decarbonization and solutions.
  • We drive sales engagements with customers through to closure, including submission and negotiation of commercial proposals and negotiation of contractual agreements.
  • We maintain relationships with existing customers to drive recurring sales revenue.

Supply Target: We own supply targets for EACs, building supply pipelines and securing long-term agreements with renewable energy generators to achieve periodic supply targets.

EAC Business Strategy: We lead and drive the EAC business strategy, go-to-market planning and execution, budget planning, and day-to-day operation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 12 years of sales experience in energy, commodity, or financial sectors selling to significant multinational companies, with at least 8 years leading sales teams with revenue targets.

Desirable Skills: Strong track record of sales achievements and relationship management, ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team of direct reports, strong analytical skills, and an eye for details.
