About the Job

The Sales Account Manager role at Superpak involves managing a portfolio of accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced professional who can build and maintain strong relationships with customers, drive sales growth, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling their individual needs and providing timely responses.
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive.
  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time, while demonstrating business acumen and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent required.
