About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team at WGT EHR Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing work pass matters of foreign workers, overseeing monthly payroll processes, and administering WICA matters.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full range of HR functions to ensure seamless operations
- Oversee work pass matters of foreign workers, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Involve in monthly payroll processes and WICA administration
- Submit government grants and foreign worker levy waiver applications
- Arrange external training programs and apply for training grants
- Provide training to staff members
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A minimum Diploma or above in Human Resources or a related discipline
- A minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the construction sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A sound knowledge of MOM regulations and HR practices
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities
